FiftyOne Acquires Canadian Ecommerce Provider Borderfree

FiftyOne, an ecommerce platform that helps power international expansion and operations for online retailers, has acquired Borderfree, which helps companies expand ecommerce to Canada. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Borderfree offers a Canadian logistics program, which helps retailers provide shipping options optimized to fit the needs of Canadian online shoppers. The company counts retailers like Sephora, Patagonia and Eddie Bauer as clients.
